Sometimes, in the course of performing our daily support tasks, ADR employees need to get remote access to a client's computer.

In many cases, we have a setup that allows us to get in and do what we need to do without having the customer change anything on their computer. However, sometimes it is not possible for us to connect to a customer PC (for policy or technical reasons).

We now have a program that can be downloaded and run from any Windows PC that will allow us to connect to you. You do not need to make any changes to your firewall or other security devices for this program to work, and you don't need to run a setup program; just download our remote control program, save it on your computer and double-click its icon. Your ADR support rep will tell you which name to double-click to initiate the connection between you and ADR.
